Acceptance of these terms
By using the Waggy Paths website or app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Waggy Paths provides a map-first directory of pet-friendly places with community-contributed and council-verified information. We work to keep information accurate, but conditions change — always use your own judgement about whether a place is safe and suitable for you and your dog.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
When you contribute to the community, you agree to:
- Post accurate, first-hand information and reviews.
- Be respectful — no abusive, misleading, unlawful or spam content.
- Only submit content you have the right to share.
Your content
You keep ownership of the updates and reviews you post. By posting, you grant us a licence to display and distribute that content within the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on community information or from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
